Fund raising event organised at Riglam school

With the intent of developing basic infrastructure,  and  overall development of Riglam school Leh and  Jamyang school Khaltse, the two schools under the aegis of LBA. The education committee of the Ladakh Buddhist association  organised a fund raising event  on 14th of November on the occasion of children's day at Riglam public school Leh. President LBA Thupstan Chhewang graced the occasion as chief guest and as many as 50 potential funders from different walks of life attended the event. 
Children's from both the schools presented a short variety cultural program on the occasion. President LBA urged the people to support the school and the underprivileged students. 
Around 15 generous funders were felicitated by the president for their  continuous support to the school and the hostel. Many of the attendees  generously committed to support the schools and the students..
